You agree not to abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape at scale, or interfere with playback infrastructure. Fotty may limit or suspend access that harms reliability for other users.
Accounts and subscriptions
Paid plans, when offered, are subject to the checkout provider's terms. Entitlements apply to the account used at purchase. Account activation is handled by Fotty support or the configured checkout flow.
Third-party content
Broadcast sources, guides, and metadata may originate from third parties. Fotty does not guarantee accuracy, legality, or availability of any specific stream in your region.
